CNC Vertical Lathe Operator - Finland
We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Vertical Lathe Operator for a long-term position in Satakunta, Finland.
This is a demanding and rewarding role involving large-scale machining and high-precision work on critical components.
Technical education (relevant field)
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience (preferably more)
Experience with vertical lathe operations
Ability to program independently (Fanuc / WinCam)
Strong understanding of machining large metal components
High level of accuracy and responsibility
Machining of large workpieces (up to 3000 mm diameter / 15 tons)
Materials: stainless steel and carbon steel
Work involves high precision (fine tolerances)
Production type: single pieces and small batches
Long machining cycles and high-value components
Use of revolving tools and angle heads
Responsibility for independent CNC programming
Salary & Benefits
Salary: €19–21/hour + shift allowances

We are looking for two experienced CNC lathe operators to join a modern machining workshop in Uusimaa, Finland!
Requirements:
✔ Technical education
✔ 5–10 years of CNC turning experience
✔ Ability to independently set up machines and adjust programs (no programming from scratch required)
✔ Precision-oriented mindset (fine mechanics work)
Job description:
You will work with multi-axis CNC turning/mill-turn machines producing high-precision mechanical components mainly from aluminum and stainless steel. Production is typically small to medium series (tens to hundreds of pieces), with parts usually around fist size.
